Who runs this site
This site is run by Isaac Brown, an SEO consultant based in New York City.
What I collect
How I use it
- To reply to your message or prepare for our call.
- To send a proposal if we decide to work together.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
I only email you about your inquiry or our work together. I never sell your personal information, and I don’t share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few services help run this site and process information on my behalf:
- Hosting and analytics: Cloudflare
- Contact form: Formspree
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person
- Scheduling: Calendly
Each one handles data under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies.
When you book a call, Calendly’s booking page opens in a new tab and may set its own cookies. You can manage them with “Cookie Settings” on that page.
How long I keep it
I keep contact form messages and email for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or project, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Send a request through the contact form and I’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
I use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
